Well, events have begun to come together in such a way that the Manifesto and Action Plan that Angry created is never current. As soon as it's ready for the press, something else happens: a gobsmack so large and instructive that it cannot be ignored, and has to be dealt with--thus the need for Angry to address the newer landscape.
