Finally, the corporate media scored a success in terms of collective amnesia last week. Even Angry fell for this one. #BlackSolidarityDay , the Monday before Election Day, was completely erased from the mainstream consciousness a week ago! This commemoration was begun in the '70's to highlight Black Power, economic and electoral. Use our vote and our dollars to express our approval or disgust with appropriate institutions and candidates. That's why the day before elections was chosen for remembrance and UNITY.
