Notwithstanding her hairdo (okay, sorry 'bout that one, yall) law enforcement only recently began allowing women in, so to have one at the Federal, White House level in a position of power is kinda epic. Yes, perhaps more symbolic than substantive in the short run, in the long run who knows what ripple effect this may have and where? WOMEN in the NEWS!!!
My president continues to lay the foundations for structural poli/sci change with his appointment of a WOMAN to head the Secret Service. Notwithstanding her hairdo (okay, sorry 'bout that one, yall) law enforcement only recently began allowing women in, so to have one at the Federal, White House level in a position of power is kinda epic.
